PAST · PROPERTY & BUSINESS VALUATION FIRM

A provider change without the operational disruption.

Kemal moved IT services between providers across 45 branches, migrating approximately 32 TB over seven weeks with zero downtime at cutover. The work finished on time and slightly under budget.

He also supported a fall in annual managed-service cost from about A$3.6M to A$1.2M as part of the broader programme.

CURRENT · INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING GROUP · 2026

Quality, audit and risk brought into usable hubs.

Kemal led the rollout of the group’s quality platform (PDMS), built the audit hub used for the July 2026 external audits and built the Enterprise Risk hub.

He also recommended a hybrid in-house/external IT support model, which was agreed.

PAST · NICHE CONSTRUCTION FIRM

Less knowledge locked in one person’s head.

Kemal created a knowledge-management and documentation system intended to shorten onboarding, and coached the owner on operational and governance structures.

The focus: make critical knowledge easier to find and responsibilities easier to sustain.

Working change. A sustainable handover.

Kemal leads diagnosis, integrated design and delivery. Your business retains operational and compliance accountability.

The bounded first step

Before the big commitment, know what is failing.

The Operational Control Diagnostic is a paid, bounded engagement that turns visible symptoms into a clear diagnosis and an actionable 90-day roadmap.

Scope is agreed before work begins. It stands alone: implement with your own team, DV8 Works or another delivery partner.

  1. A map of the critical controlsWorkflows, owners, decisions, systems and evidence paths.
  2. A root-cause diagnosisWhat is structural, procedural, behavioural or technological.
  3. Immediate priority actionsInterventions ordered by consequence, dependency and effort.
  4. A 90-day implementation roadmapA practical sequence with owners, decisions and required capability.
  5. A direct executive readoutWhat is known, what remains uncertain and what should happen next.

The 90 days describe the implementation roadmap. Delivery time and scope are agreed at the start.
